Join us from 1 to 4:30 p.m., March 7, 2020, when we tour four-to-five galleries and art spaces in and around the Dallas Design District! $50 reserves your seat on the I See Dallas "shorty" mini-school bus, sending you on a local Dallas art adventure that not only highlights current exhibitions at interesting spaces, but also connects you with gallery teams to learn what inspires them and how they operate and support their artists within the larger art world. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about art in a relaxed, fun, small-group environment, and see work that ranges from contemporary paintings to drawing, photography and installation work from a diverse range of artists.

About Art School: Art School, like many great ideas, was born from a conversation between K.Co Arts and I See Dallas that began with "wouldn't it be cool if..." and ended with "Let's make it happen!"

Art School is an occasional art tour series centered on art and creative themes, and our inaugural tour focuses on art and interesting experiences around the Dallas art gallery system. Upcoming tours may include themes like community art spaces, art and lifestyle spots, and other curated itineraries that highlight the many interesting, fun and accessible places to see and engage with local art in Dallas.  Let's have an art adventure!

Sign up for the email list here and be among the first to know when new tours are announced, or we have other interesting news to share!

Special thanks to our gallery* and art space hosts:

*Participating commercial galleries are members of Contemporary Art Dealers of Dallas (CADD.) CADD is a non-profit all volunteer, membership organization of galleries formed in 2007 for the purpose of promoting the advancement of contemporary art on all levels. CADD includes the city’s foremost contemporary dealers who are experienced and knowledgeable in their field. Member galleries are committed to represent the highest standards of contemporary art, while recognizing the importance of integrity and responsibility in working with artists, collectors, museum professionals, and the cultural community of Dallas. CADD holds two signature events — the annual CADD Fund and the quarterly CADD Bus Tours. The majority of proceeds raised through CADD events go to artist grants and a Booker T Washington scholarship.

We appreciate the community support and warm welcome that these galleries and spaces have offered throughout the planning and production of Art School.
