Announcing the 2023 K.Co Press Catalog

Now in its second year, K.Co Press looks forward to launching its 2023 publishing catalog, which includes travel guides and coffee table books highlighting Texas Frontier towns that are filled with history, culture and natural beauty; taking readers on a visual road trip along the Texas Gulf Coast and showcasing the many interesting and diverse historic Masonic Lodge buildings in and around Texas.

“Our upcoming titles reflect our mission of highlighting creative, off-the-path places in destinations of all sizes,” said Stephanie Khattak, founder, editor-in-chief and publisher of K.Co Press. “Whether you’re traveling across the country, across the state, or simply across town, there is much to see, learn from and be inspired by. As authentic, local experiences and closer-to-home travel remains popular, we stand by our belief that every town has something special to offer, and is worth seeking out. We are here to point you in the right direction.”

2023 Releases*:

“Frontiers” is an overview of the Texas panhandle and plains region. From frontier architecture in Albany to the canyons of Post and Lubbock, to Western historical sites along the Red River, this hardcover coffee table book explores the diversity and interest of an area that lives large in Texas lore. (May 2023)

“Shorelines” follows the Texas Gulf Coast from Port Isabel, in South Texas to Port Arthur in East Texas. This hardback coffee table book will capture each coastal or coast-adjacent community’s unique rich history, landscape and culture. (Oct. 2023)

“When Brothers Agree: Historic Masonic Lodge Buildings in Texas and the Region” This hardcover fine art photo book focuses on Masonic Lodge buildings — some notable; some unassuming —that anchor small town, city center and main street communities in destinations of all sizes. (Nov. 2023)
